Six countries were represented in this great conference:
 

Those countries were Belarus, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, and Norway. 

This conference targeted the ministry and members of churches from the various countries present.    Five received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, people testified of miraculous healing, deliverances were victoriously stated, and the worship was totally delightful.

Young people who sang literally jumped up and down in worship and praise to God as they sang.  Tearfully we watched and joined in.  Such love of Jesus and excitement was refreshing to the point of pure happiness in the spirit of the meeting for all of us!

It was my honor to be the night speaker and Brother Steve Willoughby was the daytime Bible teacher.  He was outstanding.

Our flowing together in the Spirit produced the touch upon all of us that was so earnestly coveted in prayer and desire for this people, country, and their ministries.

Ministers present said that they would never be the same.  The Russian Missionaries vocally proclaimed that the nation of Russia would be changed forever.  The gratefulness that filled our hearts was deep and emotional.
