The actual camp meeting took place in Malaysia, a
Muslim country
about four hours driving from the island of Singapore.
This camp Meeting was miraculously visited by the presence of
the Lord. Great outbursts of joy and
deliverance were manifested among the people.
One of the most inspiring and thrilling occurrences was the
worship of the Chinese people attending. I had been told that I
should not expect much response from this particular culture as their
culture was one which displayed little emotion outwardly. I
remember not commenting upon the information given at the time.
However, when the Chinese saw the Mighty Delivering Hand
of the Lord in the services, they began to weep
and tremble. It became more and more evident that the
Spirit of the Lord was mighty upon His people. Finally they
began to join in lines of four and began dancing as I have seen them
do in Israel many times. Some
fathers put their children upon their shoulders and began to dance
around the grand ball room in which the services were being held.
It was perhaps one of the most moving scenes I have ever
witnessed. Their 'so called' culture was totally shattered
as missionaries and other ministers came running saying, "we have
never seen them act like this." It was overwhelmingly
marvelous in our eyes. Most of us were weeping for joy as we
viewed the reality of what God's Power can do upon humanity.

My response was, "When you get what I have, you
will act like this despite culture, race, ethics, or
training." In the words of the prophet of old: "It
is like a fire shut up in my bones" and I cannot
keep it quiet.
A miraculous healing took place on
Sunday in Singapore before departure on Monday for the Camp
Meeting. A young man from the JAM (Jesus Is Alive Missions) came
to the Sunday morning services reaching to the Lord for his
healing. This particular disease caused the vertebrae of the
spinal column to fuse together creating a black line in the
x-ray. Black spots also appear in the blood. The end
result of the victim is a horrific death accompanied by much pain
which medical science is rendered helpless to alleviate.
Upon praying for him, he fell to the carpet and lay there
weeping and reaching, reaching. Many knelt down with him
and laying hands upon him praying until the end of the altar
service. He was the last to leave the service that day. I
shall never forget the look upon his face.
On Monday, we left for Malaysia and arrived. In the
opening service that evening, Brother Willoughby announced that a
phone call had come during the day reporting that as the young man was
tested at the hospital for further treatment Monday morning, they
could not find the black line of the spine in the x-ray. The
doctor then sent for blood work and when it came back, there were no
black spots in the blood. The young man was called in by
the doctor and the doctor simply asked, "Are you the young
man that I have been hearing about who has been believing God for some
miracle of healing?" The young man replied,
"Yes!" The doctor said, "THEN
YOU'VE GOT IT!!!"
Faith swept across the audience and the Spirit flowed in like
manner throughout the camp nightly. It was simply majestic and
Biblical in every sense.

writing.
The Steve Willoughby's, appointed missionaries to Singapore, are
without refute some of the most soul conscious people of God I have
ever met or expect to meet. The worship of their people
is an experience you will not forget and cherish always, if you are
ever an eye witness to it all...
Many received the Holy Ghost and over 30 baptized in Jesus' Name
as I recall.
