The Scotty Slaydons

The Slaydons are
some
of the most wonderful Christian workers among us today, working
untiringly on behalf of the lost masses. It is truly amazing to
witness their effectiveness among the people. They both speak
and preach in Spanish fluently... he did a superb job of
translating for me during this National Conference. Brother
Slaydon is Director of the Bible School as well as Co-Pastor to
Brother Rodolfo Castellanos (a wonderful man of God) in Centro
Vida while Sister Slaydon runs the National Book Store and Print Shop. RESULTS
OF CONFERENCE: On Thursday
evening we gathered in the Slaydon's home. As Brother Slaydon
began telling us that during the night many people would be walking
down from the mountains to highways and transportation in order
to get to the meeting in the open air stadium, I felt the presence of
the Lord so forcefully -- tears began to flow... I could see
them coming in the Spirit... many slept on the floor of stadium
and/or the ground. Such hunger among the people is overwhelming
to witness. Friday during the
morning service, Brother John Shivers
from Stockton, California preached and 186
received the Holy Ghost. Simply wonderful! Friday
night as I preached a simple message entitled: What Does It Mean
To Be Born Again, and opened the altar area to the people, so many
came seeking God and Salvation... 1,125
people were filled with the Holy Ghost in that service. One
woman came in on crutches and walked out at end
of service waving them... Great was the rejoicing
among all of us!!! Before the last service Saturday afternoon
over 1,500 people had received the Holy Ghost.
There were those baptized, those that
received healings, and deliverances
among the people. The Book of Acts is continuing in our day
to the Glory of God and His Kingdom! |

THE
PREACHING TEAM...

Brother Slaydon
did a most excellent job of interpreting for me. Our
anointings matched and carried through to the
people. In the Friday night service 1,125 received the
Baptism of the Holy Ghost. He fell like rain upon the
hungry people. To witness these manifestations of God's
Power changes one's life completely! One woman walked out
waving her crutches!!! There were numerous manifestations
of the All Powerful Presence of the Holy Ghost! In less
than 48 hours over 1,500 received the Holy Ghost!!!
Healings and
deliverances came to many...

the people was miraculous to behold and great anointing fell
upon them as they received so very easily the Baptism of the
Holy Ghost... GLORIOUS!!!

convert from many years ago in Brother Kilgore's Church in
Houston, Texas...

| To be lost in a
'sea' of hands and hearts reaching for God is overwhelming and
fulfilling at the same time, as you hear them crying with the
sounds of Rebirth in the Spirit. The Rushing Mighty Wind
and the Crackle of Cloven Tongues of Fire is being heard in our
day... TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!! |

Salvador is a very small country 186 miles by 68 miles with a total
area of 8,164 square miles of land area. It has a population of
6.5 million or 745 per square mile. The climate is
tropical... |

beautiful!

HELD
As
the night approaches and the light is fading on the horizon of man's
existence, let us labor while we can, to gather the Great Harvest of
the Lord... He may come any day now and: Cursed is the man who
walks out of the harvest field empty handed... "...for the
fields are white already to harvest..." My
SPECIAL THANKS to the warm and lovely people of El Salvador and the
outstanding team who worked, fasted, and prayed along with national
leaders making this event so successful and meaningful to myself and
the rescued souls... The
work in El Salvador is 25 years old with 330 Churches, more than 700
preaching points comprising approximately 70,000 constituents.
The Salvadoran Church is a formidable force in Central America.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!! 'Special
Thanks' to Brother and Sister Bruce Howell (former Missionaries to
this area) who have given great Apostolic Ministry and
Leadership to this lovely people! Humbly
